I build the engineering systems that turn Physical AI from a promising idea into a product that actually works in the real world.I've spent my career at the intersection of AI, autonomous systems, and engineering leadership, at Cobot, Gatik AI, Toyota Research Institute, Here Technologies, Grainger where I've taken teams from chaos to high performance, from demo to deployed product, from fragmented execution to a system that scales.What I bring that's rare: I understand the technology deeply: autonomy stacks, robotics, perception, foundation models, AI-accelerated development, deep software experience. And I know how to build organizations around technology. Those two things are almost never found in the same person. Companies keep trying to separate them. It doesn't work.I've led teams through the transformation from classical robotics engineering to AI-driven systems, built internal AI tooling that most teams haven't imagined, and created the cross-functional operating discipline that keeps physical AI companies from collapsing under their own complexity.I'm the leader companies call when they have something that works but can't scale it. When the team is capable but not aligned. When the technology is advancing faster than the organization can absorb it.
